These terms apply to your use of bluegrasshservices.com(the “Site”), operated by Bluegrass Home Services(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a quote request you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is for

The Site describes our home-services business and lets you request a free estimate. Submitting the quote form starts a conversation — it does not form a contract for work.

Estimates are not binding quotes

Any price, range, or timeframe we share based on the form alone is a preliminary estimate. We provide a binding written quote only after an on-site visit and review of the actual conditions of the property. Scope, materials availability, hidden conditions (for example behind walls or under floors), and permitting requirements can change the final price.

A job is not booked until both parties sign a written agreement describing the scope, price, schedule, and payment terms.

Response-time promises

We aim to respond to every quote request within 24 hours. This is a service-level goal, not a guarantee — illness, travel, severe weather, and other ordinary business interruptions can delay a response. If you have an emergency, please call us at (859) 756-9294.

Information you provide must be accurate

Please provide information that you know to be accurate and that describes a project you control or are authorized to request on behalf of the property owner. Do not submit someone else’s personal information without their permission.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content — including copy, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by Bluegrass Home Services or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written consent, except that sharing a link to the Site is always welcome.

Third-party links

The Site may occasionally link to resources we don’t operate. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or security of those third-party sites.

No warranty on the Site itself

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not waive any warranties that apply to the actual home-improvement work we perform under a signed agreement — those are governed by that agreement and by Kentucky law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bluegrass Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

Changes

If we change these terms we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
